Order Confirmation
HomesGoFast will advise the consumer by a confirmation email that an order has been accepted this confirmation will be sent by email or post within 24 hours. This confirmation will include our company details, the total price and clear instructions on the consumer’s rights of cancellation or return, including timescale's, with an explanation of how to effect a cancellation or return, including any return costs that may be applied.

Please allow up to 3-4 working days for your property details to be listed on our partner sites. Technical reasons which are beyond our control may delay this process. We therefore cannot accept any responsibility for any interruptions or delays with your property details being listed on our partner sites. Please note we have no control over the design and display of your property details on our partner sites. However please make us aware of any complaints and we will aim to resolve them with our partners.

Complaints Procedure
If you have any reason to complain please email us using our feedback form headed "Complaint" stating any reference numbers and the nature of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge this within 3 working days and to resolve complaints within 30days..
Errors in any area of order processing, delivery or administration will be corrected within 30 days.
In the event that the Homes Go Fast and consumer cannot agree on the resolution of a complaint, Homes go Fast will advise the consumer of the Safe Buy mediation procedure.
SafeBuy/TrustUK is not entitled to impose a decision upon the parties but, as mediator, to attempt to facilitate a resolution of the dispute between the parties. If this is not achieved within what SafeBuy/TrustUK considers to be a reasonable time then Safe Buy will be entitled to withdraw from involvement as mediator
None of the above processes affects the right of the consumer to take the matter to the Courts or any other complaints resolution body.
Limitation of Liability
The maximum liability for any loss arising due to our negligence will be limited to a sum equal to the value of the advertising fee received
Cancellations Refunds
If you wish to cancel your advertising package within 7 days we will offer a full refund.

- Competitions are open to anyone over the age of 18 based in the UK except for employees of Data Media & Research Ltd and connected companies.
- All competitions on instantwin4now.co.uk are free to enter. However participants are expected to pay their own cost of connecting to the web site.
- To be a winner, you must successfully match a sequence of numbers selected by computer. To claim your prize you must contact Instantwin4now on 0114 2815772 between office hours. You have three working days from the date of your win in which to register your claim.
- No message left on the office answer machine (in operation outside office hours) will be deemed as a valid claim. An exception to this rule will apply during Christmas and The New Year. The office may be closed from 25th December for a period of more than three days. Therefore a left message with full contact details WILL be acceptable.
- Instantwin4now claims are only valid if the winners name and address are on the electoral role. It is the winner's responsibility to notify Instantwin4now of any change in address.
- Prizes will be offered by Instantwin4now only. However if a prize was to be offered in conjunction with another company and the other company withdraws or fails to provide it, Instantwin4now will not provide the prize itself. Any special terms and conditions associated with this type of prize will be displayed below the competition entry page.
- Unless otherwise stated, Instantwin4now reserves the right to substitute a cash prize for the chosen prize to an acceptable value alternative. This is at Instantwin4now's discretion. This occasion may arise when an advertised prize in the site is no longer available. Otherwise prizes are as stated.
- On registering with Instantwin4now and when entering any instant win, each visitor agrees to receive information via e-mail, and other channels that is appropriate given the answers to the questions on each competition. Specifically, where a visitor has answered a sponsored question, the visitor's details will be passed onto the sponsor. - Members of instantwin4now may enter any individual prize draw on the site just once daily. This may be changed to weekly or monthly in future.
